HAPPY 2015...!!!!!!!!
How's your new year's eve?
Mine? I spent my night with my family.
My Grandma is coming with my Aunt and my Cousins on 22nd of December to celebrate new year together, here, in Surabaya.
We grilled some seafood, some corn, and I made (so far) the best chicken drumstick and steak ever!
We also bought some matching headbands with little lamp on it, some fireworks, and also some hand made trumpets.
And on the 1st of January, we went to Ciputra World to have some (late) lunch together. I don't know what brought us to go karaoke after that, but it was quite fun. And after we bought some bread to go, we end the day by sitting on Coffee Bean and sipping our hot matcha green tea, hot chocolate, or hot macchiato. Or I should say our iced black forest and iced caramel for my brother & Vina, while it's raining outside. *sigh*
Have you made your new year resolutions or wish list yet?
I wanna make mine, but then I realize that I made my new year resolutions almost every year, but end up by ignoring it because I'm too busy doing unimportant things that aren't planned. Okay. Also because I always forget that I've made those resolutions or forget where I wrote it, or both.
But this year, I don't know why, I feel some kind of excitement inside of me to go through 2015.
I feel (and also hope) that this year is going to be super duper awesome!
I will write down my new year resolutions, eventually, and post it here.
But this time, instead of using the word 'NO' (like no more soda, no more junk food, etc.) I'm going to use more positive sentences, like to be healthy, and eat more veggies, and exercise more, and so on. Because people said that using negative words will make you, like, really doing what you shouldn't do.
I've been hooked on some people's vlog lately, and I thought I'm gonna make my own vlog too. The planned was I'm going to post my first vlog on 1st of January but the timing isn't good, you know, with all my family gathering, and the bad lighting, so I'm just gonna film my first vlog on the 2nd of January, because nothing is perfect and so does my vlog. If that's even possible. *fingers crossed* :/
Well, welcome new year, new dreams, and new chances.
May this year filled with love, happiness, health, and prosperity!

Last but not least. My deep, deep condolences for the family and friends of Air Asia QZ8501's victims. It was terrible thing to start a new year. I hope they'll stay strong and may all the victims rest in peace.

Setahun tanpa nge-post ataupun buka blog sama sekali, tiba-tiba muncul lagi, udah mau ganti tahun aja.
Apa kabar?
Saya?
Yaaa, gini-gini aja deh.
Masih diet-dietan, masih jomblo, masih jagain fotokopian sambil nyari kerjaan, masih suka praktek masak dirumah, masih suka sensi, apalagi kalo PMS.
Tahun ini kan (ALHAMDULILLAH) udah jadi sarjana nih, bulan kemaren daftar CPNS di PEMKOT Malang, ambil Analis Diklat. Meskipun buta jobdesc & gatau bakalan lulus tes ato nggak, tapi nekat ajalah. Tesnya sih udah selesai, cuma pengumuman kelulusannya yang belum diumumin sampe sekarang. Kalo diliat dari total hasil perolehan nilai, udah melebihi nilai minimum.
Sebenernya ga pengen nganggur lama-lama juga, bosen jagain fotokopian mulu. Pengen juga belanja-belanja pake uang sendiri, pengen ketemu temen-temen baru, pengen ganti suasana.
Hey, maybe that's why i never write any blog again! Soalnya hidupnya gini-gini aja, ga ada yang menarik.

Then I Found This Method
Actually i found it last month, about OCD or Obsessive Corbuzier Diet.
It's pretty famous here, in Indonesia because of the well known presenter who follow this diet, Corbuzier. He's the one who made this method became famous by wrote a book and held seminars.
So this method is basically about fasting that divided into 4 level: 16hrs, 18hrs, 20hrs, & 24hrs. It also taught us to eliminate breakfast, eating min. 3 hours after wake up, only drink water, tea, & coffee without sugar. Even candy, as long as it's calorie free.
This method gives us freedom to eat our usual meal, like if you usually eat rice for lunch, you still can eat it. Bottom line is, we didn't change our menu but we control our mealtime.
There are lots of people who gave testimony about their experience with this method and so far it's good.
